Lily
Lily took the first deep plunge into her yoga practice in 2015 with a Y12SR Leadership training with Nikki Myers. The next several years marked a profound period of self-exploration for Lily and ultimately led to her completing the 200-hour teacher training at The Yoga Dojo in the fall of 2022. Spreading healing and hope by growing and sharing her practice is Lily’s ultimate goal. She is committed to remaining a lifelong student and honoring yoga’s roots. Lily aims to help others enjoy greater peace, ease, and joy everyday. She believes that people need other people, and strives to make her classes a welcoming space for all. She is grateful for her practice and all the ways it allows her to embrace life as it comes. You can find Lily on her mat, digging in the garden, sipping tea with a good book, or dancing around the kitchen with her two cats.
