Heart of Yoga Teacher Training Program
Andrea Bleck-Smith and Heart of Yoga conduct a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program in a comprehensive, supportive environment. We are a registered school with Yoga Alliance.
Yoga For the Spine Workshop
