Start caring and loving your feet by learning easy yoga and massage techniques that you can do in just a few minutes a day! In addition, relax and enjoy Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and a delicious foot massage with soothing essential oils and hot stones or warm towels.

*Improve balance and stamina
